How to apply: Skin should be clean, dry and free of oils and makeup Cut out tattoo leaving approximately 1 8 inch border. Remove clear top sheet. Use the mirror image on the back of the tattoo for precise placement. Press tattoo firmly onto the skin, sticky side down. Hold wet cloth against back of tattoo. Press down and wet thoroughly. Wait 30 seconds (Do Not Rush), then gently peel off the paper.
